Jill Black: Family Tent Arts & Crafts

Jill Black has been an active member of New York Outrigger for over four years. When she’s not working at her career in healthcare, she’s usually out on the water paddling or hanging out with her nieces and nephews. They like to visit Jill because she always has a lot of arts and crafts supplies lying around for them to create with. Jill comes from a BIG family and is one of the oldest. Taking care of children is in her blood, as she’s been doing it since she was a child.
